Season 4 of the Hollywood Poker Open (HPO) kicked off last week with their Regional stop at Indiana's Hollywood Casino Lawrenceburg. This weekend, that stop culminates with the $1,115 Main Event, a tournament PokerNews will be live reporting.

One player who will be in action is 2003 World Series of Poker champ Chris Moneymaker, who has once again returned as HPO Ambassador.

Last year, 35-year-old Jesse McEuen topped a then record-setting field of 207 players to win the HPO Lawrenceburg for $49,676. If that name sounds familiar, it may be because he won a WSOP bracelet back in 2013 when he took down the $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em Ante Only event for $212,093.

The Main Event and the Leaderboard promotion award winners will be awarded a seat into the HPO $500,000 Guaranteed Championship Event at the M Resort in Las Vegas in June 2016.

Electric shufflers = One seat gets ridiculously hot while the others just sit and watch. Only 16/52 cards in the deck are J or higher but this place has non-stop paint flops, turns, and rivers. The dealers WILL NOT perform a 'wash' of the cards during tournaments. No idea why. It's an open poker room on the main floor and because of this, on Friday's and Saturday's, the biggest tournaments, it is very loud due to live bands. No antes in tournaments and there is a 75/150 & a 300/600 level in the structure. Good dealers.
